Scoliosis Treatment

The BSPTS principled Schroth Method is curve and patient specific. It looks at the spine in 3D and aims to replace the existing scoliotic posture with a new posture, thereby decreasing the progression of the curve and reducing pain.

General Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

We help with: Ankle Sprains, Foot Pain, Headaches, Knees, Sciatica, Shoulders.We also help with recovery from Orthopaedic and Reconstructive Surgery, Joint replacements, Arthritis, and Fracture.

Rehabilitation

Our physiotherapists develop individualised pre-conditioning and rehab programs suited to restore your strength and function before and after surgery.

Bulging Discs

We treat bulging discs, herniated discs, ruptured discs and slipped discs, providing symptomatic relief and restoring pain-free movement

Sciatica and pinched nerves

Physiotherapy treatment is focused on identifying precipitating factors, providing symptomatic relief, ergonomic assessment (where applicable) and identifying postures that reduce the compression on the nerve.

Dry Needling

Our physiotherapists are qualified in restorative dry needling technique to relieve pain and improve muscle activation and function.

Neck Pain

Neck pain is becoming more apparent in today’s society with increases in sedentary behaviours owing to desk related jobs and electronic devices, high levels of stress and tension, and commutes with heavy bags.
